Our after-school kids care program designed for encouraging and promoting kids healthy habits through fitness and fun filled activities like pad-jumping, flying-kicks and other ninja style moves. 

Teens & Adults

For teens, adult beginners and intermediates alike, our classes will teach you the basics of physical endurance. Our goals are to help you build the strength you need to get in your best shape through technical circuit training. Learn styles like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, Boxing & more!
